In teh summer of 2014, the DSSD created "Street Seats", where they placed 40 originally designed and painted wooden benches throughout Stamford Downtown.

The sculptures are located throughout the historic downtown, known as Boerne's Hill Country Mile, and Boerne's Trail system, making the discovery of each piece a walkable adventure for visitors and residents.
Visitors are invited to vote for their favorite sculpture (click here)! and the artist voted "Boerne's Choice" will be recognized by the City at the close of the competition.
